Carl Perrone

CJ is a member of Woodbridge’s Due Diligence/Underwriting team of financial professionals. He works closely with clients in order to ensure prospective buyers are presented with accurate and reliable financial information. CJ joins Woodbridge from The Walt Disney Company where he served as part of the Disney/ESPN Media Networks Business Strategy team. While there, he assisted in and drove decisions for content distribution deals by creating sales proposals, financial analyses and management presentations for new and on-going distribution negotiations. Prior to his role in Business Strategy, as part of ESPN’s International Accounting team CJ led the consolidation, reporting and financial analysis of all ESPN business in EMEA and Asia Pacific as well as all international joint ventures. CJ began his career in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he audited a variety of public and private clients, aided companies through transitional phases (mergers, divestitures, etc.) and communicated audit results to executive and board leadership. CJ holds a Masters degree in Accounting from Fairfield University and received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Bentley University.

Kyle Rounseville

Kyle is a member of Woodbridge’s Due Diligence/Underwriting team of CPAs and financial analysts. He works with clients to ensure their company’s financial information is accurate, verifiable and properly presented to buyers. Prior to joining Woodbridge, Kyle worked for two leading accounting firms performing financial audits to identify and resolve issues. He has experience analyzing company financial statements, systems, controls and operations. Kyle is a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Central Connecticut State University, where he is currently pursuing an MBA in Data Analytics.

Greg Michaels

Prior to joining Woodbridge, Greg has spent the last 14 years advising senior executives and business owners. Most recently, he worked for Vistage International where he worked with top professionals to provide leadership training and consulting services to CEOs and business owners looking to address strategic challenges, grow their revenues or develop succession or exit plans. Prior to that he spent several years as a private banker and advisor to family offices and executives and board members of public and private companies and ran a brokerage team representing sellers and buyers in industrial, commercial and multifamily property transactions. He is a graduate of Washington & Lee University, majoring in Economics with additional studies in Corporate Finance.

Mitch Wein

Over a 20+ year career Mitch helped create multi-channel campaigns and marketing efforts for brands such as: Samsung, Crocs, Oxford Health Plans, Weizmann Institute of Science, Citibank, Soles United, Wellesley College, American Express and Diet Coke, to name a few. Mitch has a keen ability to quickly and quietly locate the heart of a brand and then rip it out of its chest for the world to see.

Robert M. Koenig

Robert Koenig founded Woodbridge in 1993 after having grown Koenig Corporation, an art supply retail distribution and manufacturing company, from $5 million to $100 million in sales. While president of Koenig Corporation, Robert completed 30 add-on acquisitions and drove organic growth to capture 10% of the U.S. art supply market by the time the company was sold to a strategic buyer. Since leading Woodbridge, Robert has successfully completed several hundred million dollars worth of transactions across a broad range of industries. He is known for his integrity, expertise and passion–as well as for his exceptional dexterity at getting deals done. Robert’s innovative, marketing-driven approach to M&A and his skill at winning the best possible deal for clients have elevated Woodbridge to the prominence it enjoys today. Robert has industry expertise in consumer products, retail, industrial products and aerospace.

Kyle Richard

Kyle oversees Woodbridge’s underwriting process (due diligence), a component of every sell-side transaction. Clients benefit from Kyle’s comprehensive background in financial consulting for private equity and closely-held businesses. Prior to joining Woodbridge, Kyle served as a manager at CohnReznick, LLP, a leading U.S. accounting and advisory firm. In this role, Kyle specialized in transactional due diligence and litigation support services, including investigative/forensic accounting and valuation services. Kyle is a member of the CT Turnaround Management Association. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), holds an Accredited in Business Valuation Designation (ABV), and earned his Accounting degree from University of Connecticut.

Brie Campbell

Brie works to ensure Woodbridge’s marketing campaigns succeed. She is focused on contacting all buyers/investors who have expressed interest in the firm’s sell-side clients to answer initial questions, provide additional information and motivate them to submit offers. Prior to joining Woodbridge, Brie held marketing, sales and training positions at several organizations. She holds a BA from Kansas Wesleyan University and an MA from Avila University.

Simon Wibberley

Simon joined Woodbridge International as part of our Business development team. He has since progressed to establish and manage our 1st African office based out of Cape Town, South African. Prior to joining Woodbridge Simon has many years of experience in Hospitality and co-founded a company focused on the production, brand development and export of wine. At Woodbridge, Simon is responsible for operations through Business development and Marketing in North America, Europe & Africa. Simon brings 13 years of marketing experience to Woodbridge and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Cape Peninsula University of Technology in South Africa and has completed studies in Small Business Management & Entrepreneurship.

Marni K. Connelly

Since 2004, Marni has brought over 20 years of experience as a financial professional overseeing the organization’s research and IT initiatives. The complexities of growing the firm, its strategic and operational solutions and what it takes to get it done leverage her diverse talents. Before joining Woodbridge, she was IT Project Manager for the Marketing/Finance team at Pitney Bowes. Along with a business degree with specialization in Management Information Systems from Western Connecticut State University, Marni brings tremendous experience, leadership, and knowledge to her clients and influences the culture that makes Woodbridge unique.

Larry Reinharz

Since 2005, Larry has served as Managing Director for Woodbridge International. He brings more than 20 years of experience as a financial professional advising entrepreneurs, middle-market business owners and corporate executives on strategies to maximize their company’s value. Along with heading up new business development, Larry has worked extensively in several industries including manufacturing, distribution, business services, retail and healthcare. Before joining Woodbridge, he was a commercial lender for JP Morgan Chase and Merrill Lynch. He is a frequent speaker to business groups and law firms on M&A and corporate finance issues. His “Ask Larry” video series continues to educate prospective and existing clients domestically and abroad. A graduate of Manhattanville College with a B.A. in political science and economics, Larry lives in Pleasantville, N.Y. with his wife and two sons.
