Woodbridge International, a global mergers and acquisitions firm, is pleased to announce the sale of Veridiam Medical, S.A. to Utitec Holdings.
A subsidiary of Point Technologies, Inc., Costa Rica-based Veridiam Medical manufactures high-performance alloy components and assemblies for the medical device and semiconductor markets. Veridiam’s customers include major multinational medical device OEMs and semi-conductor probe-card manufacturers.
Based in Watertown, Connecticut, Utitec is a precision components manufacturer. The company is a leader in the design and manufacture of miniature, ultra high-precision tubular and flat stamped components for markets such as medical devices, consumer electronics and automotive.
With the Veridiam acquisition, Utitec will increase its manufacturing capabilities in medical devices and gain a range of cost advantages in Costa Rica.
